A quick hello
My name is Martina, and I love wandering through forests and mountains with my two Samoyed girls, Rozárka and Amálka.
After leaving Prague in 2020, I followed a vision of living in nature—a life of simplicity, raw lightness, and deep attunement to my inner self.
I experienced life in a camper and a log cabin, from the forests of Vysočina to the rolling hills of Brdy and the peaks of the Krkonoše mountains.
And it was in those wild and quiet places that Jemné ladění took shape—bit by bit—reflecting my journey, my love for nature, sacred sound, and bodywork.
Just as nature, crystal sound, and bodywork help me realign with my true essence, I’d love to guide you in fine-tuning yourself to yours.
WHAT OTHERS THINK OF JEMNÉ LADĚNÍ…
Forest Alchemy with Martinka was truly a profound experience for me. Gentle, simple, and most of all, kind guidance. It’s not just walking in the woods—I’ve tried a lot of different things. That’s why I was even more surprised by how much it brought me.

The first time I tried resting in the aerial net… an amazing, almost otherworldly experience for me.

When I need a moment to myself, to stop thinking and completely surrender to the vibrational tones that permeate every cell of my body, I give myself a sound bath. It’s an experience that transports me to another world. Thank you Martina for your caring guidance.
